Founded in 1998, The Peninsula offers a peaceful, secluded environment with stunning lake views, yet it’s close to family entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. The community was built on what was once Stockton Bend on the Brazos River, and in 2004, it was incorporated into the city of Brazos Bend, TX. The Peninsula is governed by an elected Homeowners Association Board and governed by its Bylaws and Covenants.
